Moving Heart is an invitation to worship our bodies. The human body is a moving heart that emotionally needs to root the arteries and veins further down under the soles of the feet into the Earth. Trees are wise teachers. Listening to the body gives valuable information of wholeness, love and compassion for our selves, each other and the world. MOVING HEART visualizes a creative process of rooting the body through ecstatic dance. When the heart is Rooted, Fear is not the Master rather a Trusted Servant.

Moving Heart is giving the human body space to sense life and the world, reminding to remember who you are. Life is ever changing; movement. Love is consant and constantly changing. Heavy ancestral burden of controlling love into vicious epedemic cycles can be transformed into serving joy and happiness.

Moving Heart is coherent paintings; physically sensing creative stages of human life cycles, from conception to death.

Falling in Love

Falling in Love is visualising one year process of change in a human body, towards connection with the five elements: Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Ether. This body is letting go of the illusion that other people and outer circumstances will make it happy. It starts to create its life from the inside out. It finds its power with deep black roots and it releases pain.

Falling in Love is rooted sexuality. Feminine and masculine powers meet in the human body. Falling in Love is sexual innocence; smooth relaxed fire creating life.

Inner is changing fast. New connections in the nervous system, are Demanding attention. Inner and outer are navigated into relation.

Maturity is pure joy, where the Feminine and the masculine are in perfect harmony

Benevolent Death is visiting you. You get to know your Death as your friend. He is teaching you to surrender. You are learning the skills of letting go and dissolving into the void.

She felt her fearful
stiff movements; trying
to control herself not to
drown.
Her body started to set
relaxed and sharp boundaries
with water, boundaries of not
